Students, parents and Old Boys rallied around on
Teachers’ Day to pay tribute to our teachers, past and present.
Gestures of appreciation
to the teachers who made a difference in our lives were
demonstrated in various ways.
The ACS OBA organised a party
which was attended by 70 retired principals, vice-principals,
teachers and staff, while students and parents put in tremendous
time and effort to honour the teachers in fun and entertaining
ways. Below are some of the highlights:

a concert organised by the
Student Council, the Year 5
teachers took to the field
to exercise simultaneously.

The concert kicked-off with
a special Indonesian folk
song item by the students
from the Boarding School.
The performers wowed the
audience with poise and
grace.
Dance Vernia brought the
concert to a close with a
spectacular performance.
The
audience having a good laugh
during the “Guess the
Teacher” session. This
was the highlight of the day
in which the teaching staff
had to guess the
identity of their colleagues
from their childhood
