Another year has passed, and another National Squash League is over. In 2016, Oldham Squash fielded more than 40 players across 4 teams, including one playing at the highest grade possible. Although we did not bring home any silverware, we brought honour to the Club and ourselves. Together, our old boys and school boys stood toe to toe with the best players in Singapore. That in itself is a victory that we can celebrate.

Even that was merely icing on the cake; bonds were strengthened and new ones were forged. It was particularly heartening when we discovered that one of our own teammates was not an old boy, yet was drawn to our cause by one. We were very blessed to garner support outside of the courts as well. Just catch any of us wearing our sponsored tees and come chat about it! We look forward to another glorious year of laughs and sweat both on and off the courts. To God be the glory!
