“An ACSian Doctor’s Perspective – Ageing, Pandemics and Disruptions in a tumultuous time of change” was the theme of the insightful talk by Associate Professor Benjamin Ong, former Director of Medical Services, Ministry of Health, and current Senior Advisor to the Director of Medical Services, Ministry of Health, and Senior Vice-President (Health Education and Resources), National University of Singapore, to more than 50 participants on the evening of 26 August.

 An active Question and Answer followed, where Associate Professor Ong touched upon issues of what to expect in the upcoming month with regards to the ongoing pandemic, what he thought would be the future disruptions to healthcare and society in Singapore in general, and tips to the audience on carrying on with life in the new normal.
