At this year’s ACS OBA Annual General Meeting on 27 March,
the President of the ACS OBA Management Committee, Mr Benson
Puah, called for a revitalisation of the OBA and invited
more new faces to play a part in the OBA.
According to Mr Puah, the OBA’s constitution also needs to
be reviewed to make it more relevant to members of the
growing ACS family which has grown considerably from just
one school to the present six in Singapore and one in
Jakarta.
In response to Mr Puah’s call for new blood, Mr Michael Koh
and Mr Oon Jin Gee have been elected unopposed into the new
ACS OBA Management Committee 2009-2010. Mr Koh is the Chief
Executive Officer of the National Heritage Board while Mr
Oon is the Strategic Vendor Manager at Microsoft’s
Asia-Pacific Operations Centre.
