About 80 ACSians from the ACS Class of 1989
assembled in the Sky Lounge of the Peninsula
Hotel on 13 March 2009 to celebrate the
                                  cohort’s 20th Anniversary Reunion.

Organised by Clinton Ang, the Reunion was a
gathering of old friends, some of whom have
not met for the past 20 years since leaving
school. It was indeed an evening of nostalgia
as we walked down memory lane, reminiscing the
good old days in Barker Road, the pranks ACS
boys are known for, and the many teachers we
remember fondly. In his address to commemorate
the occasion, Mark Wee, our esteemed Head
Prefect, also called on all to provide
encouragement for one of our fellow comrades
who was recently diagnosed with cancer.

As with all ACS events, the Class of 89’s 20th
anniversary reunion would not be complete
without singing the ACS anthem. The anthem
reverberated throughout the lounge as ACS boys
sang with pride and gusto, marking the start
of another chapter for the Class of 89.
