This Founder's Day,
the college took the opportunity to commemorate its 30
Anniversary.
The Guest-of-Honour,
Dr Vivian Balakrishnan,
Minister for Community Development,
Youth and Sports and Second Minister for Information,
Communications and the Arts, addressing the audience.
In his
light-hearted speech which was
punctured with humourous anecdotes,
he spoke about change, identity, bonds
and relationships.
