[right] Aaron Chan Cihao, the Top Scholar of 2002 GCE ‘O’ Level and winner of the Khoo Teck Quee Award. In his valedictorian speech, he spoke of ACS (Barker Road) as a place of refuge, where the teachers never looked down on students, but always gave them the opportunity to follow new pursuits.
