A new E-commerce startup is taking the ACS community by storm!
Since The ACS Store was launched on December 7, 2020, the ACSOBA’s fledging
online initiative has been a huge success with orders well beyond expectations!
On offer at The ACS Store are the timeless Classic Collection which captures
the archetypal essence and rich traditions of ACS, the ACS135 Exclusives which
features specially commissioned new products to celebrate 135 years of our
beloved school, and the collections by the schools.
The ACS Store is a volunteer run enterprise of alumni who aim to support the
activities of the ACS family through the sale of its in-house merchandise and
memorabilia online. Funds earned by schools are used to subsidise student and
faculty programmes and general enhancements to the ACS scholastic experience,
while 100% of income by the ACSOBA goes to supporting its projects, activities
and outreach events.
According to Project Leader Mr Paul Lee (ACJC Class of 1996), “This initiative
could not have come to fruition without the dedication of our committed volunteers
and we thank them for their hard work and love for the alma mater. In between
work schedules, full-time school, national service obligations, and delivering
a baby, our team of volunteers has given generously of their time and effort,
epitomising the spirit of service that is a proud hallmark of our school. Thank
you for making it happen!”
The ACSOBA aims to develop the ACS Store as an exceptional online retail
platform for everyone and welcomes volunteers to join the team to operate and
