The Methodist Church in Singapore
The Rev Dr Wee Boon Hup, 61, was recently consecrated as the new Bishop of The Methodist Church in Singapore at Paya Lebar Methodist Church on 07 December 2012. He succeeded
Bishop Emeritus Dr Robert Solomon who had served the maximum three terms as bishop.
Married with two grown children, Bishop Dr Wee received his Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, USA in 2007.
Over the past 28 years, he has served in Ang Mo Kio Methodist Church, Wesley Methodist Church and Paya Lebar Methodist Church, and was also the President of Trinity Annual Conference (TRAC) from 2005 to 2012.
