In November 2007 a group of 16 enthusiastic golfers from the year of 56 gathered at the Sembawang Golf Club to pit their skills against each other for a challenge trophy and bragging rights as the best senior golfer among their cohorts for another year.

John Chen (pictured above receiving the trophy from Tan Wah Thong in red) emerged the champion and bagged the first prize amidst taunts of “Buaya, buaya”, from his fellow ACS old boys who threatened to cut his handicap by 2 strokes in next year’s competition.
