More than 100 from the ACS (Barker Road) Class of 99 gathered at The Armoury Craft Beer Bar on July 6 to celebrate two decades of friendships.

Among the guests present were former Principal, Mr Ng Eng Chin and former teachers, Mrs Quah Juat Mei, Ms Ving, Mr John Chao, Mr Noel Ong, Mr Yeap Ban Har, Ms Shirley Goh, Mrs Jacintha Pereira, Mrs Raji Ravi, Mdm Yau Man Seng, Mdm Sin Yuan Yee and Mr Chia Choon Khai.

Months of planning for the reunion were paid off by the strong turnout which included some overseas school mates who made the special effort to fly in for an afternoon of fellowship and reconnection among mentors and old friends. It was a joyous occasion as friends caught up with each other reminiscing the good old Barker days and old friendships were renewed.

The Barker spirit continues, Our Hearts, Our Hopes, Our Aims, Are ONE, and we look forward to another decade and beyond.
